英国音乐剧大师安德鲁·劳埃德·韦伯的“猫”剧
根据英国著名诗人艾略特的童话诗集《擅长装扮的老猫精》改编的。“回忆”是《猫》剧的主题曲，也是该剧最著名的唱段。

《猫》是劳埃德·韦伯最成功的作品之一，同时也是在伦敦和百老汇上演时间最长的一部音乐剧，该剧于1981年5月11日在伦敦西区的新伦敦剧院首演，2002年5月11日落幕，前后历时21年。在美国纽约百老汇的演出从1982年10月7日开始，2000年9月10日结束。此外，德国汉堡、奥地利的维也纳、芬兰的赫尔辛基和匈牙利的布达佩斯等地的剧院也曾长期固定上演。同时，还有8个制作公司在世界各地巡回演出该剧。1983年，《猫》荣获最佳音乐剧奖等七项托尼奖。
